Whether you are local or visiting it can take a while to find out where all the best places are to visit. Even when you live in a place it can take years to find out about that amazing wee place that was just around the corner all along.
The aim of this guide is to ask people who live in an area about the very best places to go.
Initially I will be reviewing suppliers of great food. This will not be a guide to restaurants - but a guide for people who love to cook good food and who are looking for the best places to buy good food to cook themselves.
This is not a guide to restaurants (although that may come!) and it is not for profit. I'm just spreading the love. So if you have love to give and it comes in the form of great places to buy great food please let me know. Send me a short review (150 - 300 words) Please also post me your favourite recipes and I will publish these alongside the review.
